ABOUT ME

Sofia SanMarco, LMT & Reiki practitioner (she/her)

I started my journey into massage therapy in 2020 and quickly became fascinated with the connections between our bodies and our minds. I believe massage is essential to understanding those connections and I enjoy continuing to learn about the ways in which bodies hold on to emotions like stress, anger, and grief, and how to alleviate those areas. In doing so, we heal both the body and the mind and open ourselves up to truly be at ease.

I then obtained my Reiki II certification in 2022, a spiritual practice which has resulted in much personal growth, as well as being able to further help my clients in their healing journeys.
